Rental Searches
- Provide a unique, personalized welcome
and information kit.
- Assist with finding accommodations
based on the needs of transferees.
- Ensure widest possible selection for
clients by researching private listings, contacting
property managers, and enlisting the assistance
of real-estate agents for MLS listings (where
appropriate).
- Provide a value-added service that
allows the transferees to be comfortable in
making an informed decision about the
home they choose to rent.
- Assist with price negotiation and lease
signing where required.

Short-Term Accommodations
- Assist with locating and securing fully
furnished suites, condominiums or houses
for short-term or temporary accommodations.

Departure Packages
- Assist with lease termination; provide
Lease Termination Notice.
- Post move out inspection of property,
providing documentation of services to be performed,
and impartial determination of each party's
responsibilities.
- Close out of utilities
- Change of Address for specific accounts
- Close out of any other services based on client
needs
